Rocks Auto Exchange 2 opened for business in 2013 as a small Independent used car dealership. In January 2019, Tom Osborn purchased the store and began a new adventure. After being employed by some of the best new car dealerships in the Indianapolis and Muncie areas, this opportunity opened to him. It has been a life long dream and when he accepted the opportunity, his dream began. Rocks has come a long way in the past year, trying to find the right inventory to meet our customers needs as well as inventory to fit our way above average standards. Tom wants Rocks to only sell vehicles that are not on every street corner. We specialize in hard to find vehicles. Maybe with ultra low miles for the model year, whether it be a 13 year old car or a current model pre-owned vehicle. We like cars with good service histories, hopefully accident free. Although Tom will sell a car with previous accidents, it's our hope that those vehicles with accidents will be in the minor category. Statistics show that about 70% of the vehicles in the market place have had some sort of accident reported. No rebuilt vehicles in OUR inventory!! We like new car trades and work with several dealerships in the area purchasing hand picked used vehicles that meet our criteria. We may have the only car within 500 miles...
